NEPA’s Keystone State Skinheads are alive and well. Under the direction of Steve Smith, local KSS (AKA Keystone United) members are now active under several front groups. These include American Third Position Party (A3P), Council of Conservative Citizens (CofCC), and European American Action Coalition (EAAC).
After the recent cancellation of the EAAC’s planned meeting on August 11, 2012 in Moosic, PA, our buddy Ryan Wojtowicz decided to start posting some comments in the local paper:
While Ryan claims “Nothing the EAAC says or does can be considered hateful or racist,” the fact remains that the EAAC is comprised of KSS members, which is a recognized hate group. Steve Smith was charged with ethnic intimidation in 2003 and Jason Honeywell was accused of stabbing two anti-fascists at a Cafe Metropolis show in 2006.
Ryan Wojtowicz, also known as brutattack88 on AIM, claims he and the EAAC are not racists or a hate group, yet he has a nice avatar of a stick figure throwing the Star of David in the trash. 88 is also commonly used with neo-nazis to represent Heil Hitler, as H is the 8th letter of the alphabet. Apparently he does not understand what hate is.
The EAAC is just another front group for the KSS. Steve Smith and his followers are still white supremacist bigots acting under the guise of a “white rights” group and playing victim. Face it…people still aren’t going to listen to a skinhead even if you change your group’s name.
NEPA Antifa has silently been watching the actions of Steve Smith and the Keystone State Skinheads in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area since 2003. For those who don’t know him, Steve Smith was reportedly co-founder of the KSS and had ties with Aryan Nations, KKK, NAAWP, and other white supremacist groups. He was charged in 2003 with ethnic intimidation, which he claims was just something stupid he did while he was drunk – view court docket. He recently made the news by winning a GOP committeeman seat in Luzerne County with a single write-in vote, supposedly his own.
Steve Smith claims he is a changed man and has no longer been a member of the KSS for several years. He claims he’s not a racist, yet still advertises his events and posts on Stormfront, the Internet’s first major hate site catering towards white supremacists. The reality is the only thing that changed is the group name he is active under, which is now the European American Action Coalition (EAAC). This group is claimed to have been founded by Steve Smith and Ryan Wojtowicz. Ryan Wojtowicz was another KSS follower or member as he was repeatedly seen at a majority of KSS events. Smith is A3P’s state chairman in Pennsylvania and Wojtowicz is a member as well.
Smith and Wojtowicz both claim that the EAAC is not a white supremacy or racist group, yet their ideals have not changed since being Keystone State Skinheads. The A3P is well-known for supporting white supremacy. Further, Smith and Wojtowicz still have close ties with former violent KSS member, Jason Honeywell, who was charged with stabbing and puncturing the lungs of two anti-fascists at a 2006 Cafe Metropolis show in Wilkes-Barre. Honeywell and his wife or girlfriend also claim to attend EAAC events. Smith claimed during a television interview that the person involved in the Cafe Metropolis stabbing was not a KSS member, yet there are numerous pictures of Smith and Wojtowicz hanging out with Honeywell at KSS and other events including operating under the Council of Conservative Citizens, another white nationalist political organization. Jason Honeywell is such a great brother, that even after being identified in a photo lineup by one of the victims, he somehow convinced his younger juvenile brother, Greg, to take the fall for him. Greg’s charges were kept private, but you can see Jason’s docket sheet here.
So why the change to the EAAC with several KSS members? It’s quite simple to understand. Steve Smith likes to play victim and pretend to be the white NAACP. He likes to act and cry about being discriminated against for being a bigoted skinhead racist. In his own words, he was tired of the skinhead stigma because people do not listen to you. Stormfront posts suggest that the NEPA area has enough closet racists prime for recruiting, but they do not want to be directly associated with a skinhead group. Enter EAAC. It is run by Keystone State Skinhead members under the guise of a “white rights” group. Apparently Smith, Wojtowicz, Honeywell, and others think that by changing their group name to something more “friendly” that they are no longer white supremacists. They still are and their farce will not be tolerated.
The NEPA Antifa will no longer remain silent. We will not allow Smith and his cronies to taint the minds of NEPA residents as skinheads under the guise of the EAAC. We want the people to know the truth about Smith and his ideals. Watch the video below, which is primarily newscasts and interviews of Smith over the past few years and clearly shows his reasoning for creating the EAAC.
The fact is, a changed man does not still associate with other white supremacists and neo-nazis. Someone who isn’t a racist or white supremacist and claims their group isn’t either, doesn’t actively post and advertise on Stormfront. Steve Smith just appears to be a pathological liar. Keep playing victim Steve. We’re all watching and laughing at your fat, pale, skinhead ass. Maybe you should be like Keith Carney, take on a new hobby, and just give up already.
